How many hours does it take to be fluent in English?
It may take a year.There are six levels of English language fluency (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1, C2). , beginning with A1 and ending with mastery/fluency in C2. Each level takes like 200 hours of classes,so the average estimate maybe 1200 hours of study to attain.
